Elmcroft of Heritage Woods offers a special combination of daily living, personalized supportive services, and interactive activities.

Since 1995, when our first community opened, we have offered a full range of personalized assistance with daily living services to seniors. We focus on wellness and keeping our residents as independent as long as possible with a tailored plan of assistance to meet their needs. Our ergonomically designed community houses a variety of apartment floor plans to accommodate the personal needs and habits of both our frail and our more active residents.

  • My review of Elmcroft

    I do not think I would recommend this community. The staff are friendly however, it does not seem like they are as engaged with the residents as I would like. There are not many activities for them to do at all. I have also asked for my mothers closet doors to be fixed and it still has not been fixed yet They told me to buy a curtain and use that but that is not what I'm paying for.

  • Above and beyond staff

    We chose Elmcroft because it is all inclusive and they assessed my mom and have been very accommodating and took care of a lot of things that I have not had to worry about. The room sizes are amazing, she has a 1 bedroom and she has a single bed, recliner, drawers, and a tv and she still has plenty of room for other things. The food here is really good and they are chef prepared meals. The staff are very friendly and outgoing and they go out of their way for their residents. They even have special days where they take the residents out to eat or do something special with them that they want to do. I would recommend to others looking.
