Homestead Village’s purpose is to provide a quality retirement experience. We have beautiful independent living and assisted living apartments on a month to month rental basis, with a 30 day out notice. We have no endowment or buy in. Homestead Village is on a beautiful 17 acre campus, located in the heart of Fairhope, and only 2 blocks from Thomas Hospital and within walking distance to everywhere. We have a beautiful pool, a wellness center with gym, sauna, steam room and hot tub. The Movement Center, with many weekly classes, is a popular spot for residents to take classes that strengthen and prevent falls. There is a guest suite for visitors and an on-campus Pub and Grill.

Our motto at Homestead is “Where wellness is a way of life.” We strive to do this by keeping our residents busy and happy with our many trips, activities and parties. Come see our beautiful village and our beautiful town, right on Mobile Bay. You will want to join us!
