Community Details
This two-story building overlooks lush courtyards and raised garden beds and is designed for peaceful enjoyment. An on-site life enrichment program is designed to offer a broad spectrum of social and learning opportunities for residents to enjoy. A variety of personal care services are offered, including diabetic care, memory care, incontinence care, ambulatory care, and medication management. Community specialists make regular on-site visits to provide ancillary services as needed.
All residents are served three chef-prepared meals per day where comforting cuisine meets tantalizing taste experiences. In between meals, residents are encouraged to participate in community activities and events. These are a great opportunity to get to know other residents, keep busy, and try new and exciting things.
Living Arrangements
Regency Park offers residents the choice between studio, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms, and semi-private apartment styles to call home. These spacious and sunlit floor plans come equipped with amenities such as wheelchair-accessible showers or bathtubs, Wi-Fi, kitchenettes, private patios or balconies, cable or satellite TV, and air conditioning. Respite stays and ground-floor units may be available at the time of interest.

Regency Park is both an assisted living facility as well as a residential care facility. In the state of Oregon, these terms are defined as follows:
- Assisted Living Facility
- A facility which offers and coordinates a range of supportive services available on a 24-hour basis to meet the activities of daily living (ADL), health, and social needs to six or more residents. The facility consists of fully, self-contained, individual living units.
- Residential Care Facility
- Shared or individual living units in a homelike facility that offers and coordinates a range of supportive services available on a 24-hour basis to meet the activities of daily living (ADL), health, and social needs to six or more residents.
