Renaissance Care Home provides compassionate care embodied in our mission statement of Compassionate Adaptable Respectful Care. We have fully embraced Teepa Snow's a Positive Approach to Care. Our homes are safe and cozy. We have a whole-house natural gas powered generator to ensure comfort and safety regardless of the weather conditions.
Our full time Activity Director designs programs that entertain and stimulate the mind of your loved one. The activities are designed specifically to match your loved ones cognitive and physical capabilities. RCH has created a homelike environment without sacrificing the amenities of a large facilities.
RCH invested in an ADA compliant van that is capable of carrying 2 wheelchairs and 5 additional passengers for outings. The Activity Director has a college degree in therapeutic therapy and she incorporates her educational training with the State certification for the best tailored program for your loved one.
RCH works with its partners to provide your loved one with age in place care and has a 3:1 resident to caregiver ratio. RCH has a full-time Residential Care Coordinator and nurse that support the team and improve the care ratio from 3:1.
The Administrator is a UNC Nursing School graduate with over 20 years experience and she is active on-site and on-call daily.
RCH has sit-to stand that safely helps your loved one to maintain their mobility as long as possible. When your loved one is no longer able to bear weight on their legs, they can be safely transferred using a hoyer lift.
