•Our homes are also operated and supervised by a team of nurses, health care directors, and resident managers who ensure coordination of care, adequate staffing, finance management, compliance, marketing, and collaboration with outside health organizations and providers.
•Each of our care staff are continuously educated to provide the best care in the industry.
•A safe staff and resident ratios can maximize time and personalized care and attention to each resident.
•AFH Management provides a safe staffing ratio of 2 caregiver to 6 residents (2:6) as compared to long term care facilities and nursing homes
•This ratio doesn’t include the added administrative support and guidance by the AFH management team.
