Our knowledgeable caregivers offer 24-hour ambulatory, incontinence, and diabetic care, as well as medication management services, and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.

Rosemont also offers an exclusive memory care unit that is specially designed for those living with early to late stage dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Our unique, person-centered program, Magnolia Trails™, uses five pillars of care — focusing on care first, creating the environment, embracing moments, making family connections, and providing food and nutrition — which allows our certified caregivers to tailor daily interactions, activities, and services that will accommodate each individual’s current cognitive state. We also alter living environments to help residents feel relaxed.

Housekeeping, transportation, and laundry services are also provided for your convenience. Gourmet and nutritious meals are prepared from scratch and served in our classy dining room every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Feel free to invite your loved ones to join you! Living Options

Retreat to the peaceful privacy of your own space at the end of a busy day. We currently offer cozy studios or spacious two-bedroom apartments for residents to choose between. Every unit includes large windows for natural lighting, ample closet space, an emergency response system, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, grab bars, and other safety features.

Care Types Offered

Rosemont of Humble is a Type B assisted living facility. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:

Assisted Living Facility

A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:

Type A: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted.
Type B: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair.
Type C (Adult Foster Care): Four-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.
