  • They really are a great facility! The...

    They really are a great facility! They work so incredibly hard to accomodate needs, and fix any issues. They communicate really well, too. I visit twice a week, and have no complaints about their care or services. Hopefully, my loved one will be able to stay there.

    They really are a great facility! They work so incredibly hard to accomodate needs, and fix any issues. They communicate really well, too. I visit twice a week, and have no complaints about their care or services. Hopefully, my loved one will be able to stay there.

  • Could make a better choice

    My parent has lived here for over 8 years. 16 executive directors and each one makes it worse. Current director is "bottom line" and has different personalities. Never sure who you will be talking to. Does not solve problems, she causes problems and heartache. If Korean this is the property for you. If any other nationality, look elsewhere. Caregivers try but overworked. On Sundays the director only schedules ONE caregiver for the entire building. The director does not care, she is off on Sunday and Monday. Staff tries but overworked. Food is okay. All chefs try but selections not the best.

    This place was way too small. I thought the people were okay but I felt like they were understaffed. That felt very apparent to me during my visit.
