Through our JEA-exclusive Meaningful Moments programming, we work with residents and families in order to engage each resident on a personal level, learning their passions, interests, hobbies.
With customized care plans and enriching activities, residents build strong relationships with staff and neighbors in our welcoming environment. From daily movements to tabletop games, movie nights, manicures, painting, ice cream socials, floral arranging, reminiscing, live entertainment, cooking classes, and more, residents find their days filled with moments of meaning that ensure the highest quality of life.
Living Arrangements
We offer several studio and companion-suite floor plans for residents to choose from at San Jose Gardens. Though we’ve designed our suites to be nurturing and comfortable, we encourage each resident to bring along their favorite personal items and family photos to make their space feel even more like home.
