  • I still have a mostly favorable opinion of them. We've just had a series of circumstances that were unworkable.

We've had trouble with getting and keeping consistent caregivers. I think the the problem has been that we requested a caregiver for just one day a week, and most of the caregivers are wanting full time employment. So if your needs are limited like ours, they might not be a good fit. But that could be the case with any agency.

  • Lack of Services

I would tell others that you may want to go someplace else. The care staff just sat and talked on the phone. The caregivers didn't actually care for my loved one. I was the only one caring for my loved one during the time they were there. Overall I was disappointed with the lack of care and the high fees associated with this.

  • I would say that they have been pretty good so far. There have been some callouts on days that they were supposed to come. They sell the services as more inclusive than what they initially told us. They make some meals, but do not the light cleaning. I feel this is left up to the individual aide. They are very nice, but some of the caregivers have their on autonomy.
