  • opened in 2018 but is still about half of capacity (about 40 out of 90) Still Very new looking, clean and secure. All smells were good. Memory care is upstairs and much more appealing than the downstairs assisted living because that's at capacity ( a sea of walkers and wheelchairs). Staff ratio is 10/1, patients checked on every 2 hours or so. If ambulatory, must get out of bed. Nice outdfoor patio. Tour guide [name removed] was excellent. Very Latin neighborhood and staff is hopefully bilingual but a lot of Spanish was heard. Price per day is $125 for respite care, need an evaluation for admission. Favorably impressed but not sold yet.
