Apartment floor plans range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom and include en-suite laundry facilities and spacious kitchens. Select units include a private deck or patio. All cottages feature an open floor plan, two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, and a sunroom. Your pets are welcome to join you as well!
For those in assisted living and memory care, you can choose between a private apartment or a companion suite, equipped with a kitchen and emergency call system for your convenience and safety. Residential Care Facility
A house or other place that provides assisted living services to residents. Residential care facilities provide housing and services to residents in private or semi-private bedrooms in buildings with common living areas and dining areas. There are four levels of residential care facilities:
Level I: A facility with a licensed capacity of one or two residents
Level II: A facility with a licensed capacity of three to six residents
Level III: A facility with a licensed capacity of three to six residents, and which employs three or more persons who are not owners and are not related to the owner
Level IV: A facility with a licensed capacity of more than six residents
