  • Nice Location

    I would recommend the community to others. There are several nice things about this community. The staff is accommodating, friendly, nice location, has a lovely backyard and patio area, and everything seems very clean. The food wasn't great, it seemed lamed. My loved one felt that the lunches were leftovers from dinner the night before. The other negative was the transfers from bed to chair and back.

    Nice Location

    I would recommend the community to others. There are several nice things about this community.     We are so pleased with Serra Mesa Guest Home! [Name removed] and her sister [name removed] have been wonderful and genuinely care about the residents and their families. Our father has been doing so well there as opposed to the place he was at previously. He had been difficult and stubborn about being helped with hygiene, eating, etc. but now he is like a new person! The staff is kind, caring and they do a great job with everyone in their care. The place is clean and the food they serve is homemade and always looks great. We are so happy we found [name removed]!

    Wonderful Home

    We are so pleased with Serra Mesa Guest Home! [Name removed] and her sister [name removed] have been wonderful and genuinely care about the residents and their families. Our father has been doing so well there as opposed to the place he was at previously. He had been difficult and stubborn about being helped with hygiene, eating, etc. but now he is like a new person! The staff is kind, caring and they do a great job with everyone in their care. The place is clean and the food they serve is homemade and always looks great. We are so happy we found [name removed]!

    I just went to visit the home once for a tour. I had to wait a little bit for the person to arrive but she was very nice when meeting her. I was there for a short time.
