  • Would not recommend

My biggest complaint was when I cleaned out his room I found 57 packages of protein which is what he was supposed to be getting 2 each day. Also one night there was an emergency and no one would answer my phone call so I had to drive there and call 911. He needed more medical care than they were able to provide. It was one problem after another, I would not recommend them to others who are looking.

  • Do Not Go There

I would say don't go there! The communication with the families was not good at all. There is zero care at all. It has zero care for the residents. No laundry was done by the staff. They would put my loved one in other resident's clothes. The staff wouldn't come in to get the residents for meals.

  • My mom was at this place in 2019 and it was horrible. It was a sister company to the one she was going to go into. However, they didn't get the certificate for occupancy before my mom needed services. So they sent us to Hampton Manor. The place was under staffed, my mom didn't get her medication when she was suppose to, some of the techs were wonderful however not all of them. There was one nurse that has just rude, slow, and withheld pain medication from my mom. We did voice our concerns to Rick about my moms treatment but it went on death ears. He sided with his staff nurse. This place had just opened in 2019 so the facility was new and clean, however the food wasn't all that great. There were many times that you had to wait to be let in and out. Even our hospice nurse had to wait. They wouldn't give her a key fob so she could come and go. She told us that many of the other places would give her one. It just made it easier for her and the staff. I would stay with my mom through the night because she wander around. There were several occasions when my mom had fallen. The memory unit wasn't open. They didn't have enough staff to open the unit. But they had several residences that needed to be in that type of unit. When we were there a resident had fallen and broke her hip. She was yelling for help but no one was coming. My mom heard the lady and tried getting to her but ended up falling when she tried getting out of her chair. The hospice nurse said she would not recommend this place. Plus, I didn't see any activities that they did with the residents.
