Our “Neighborhood Design” eliminates long hallways for a more familiar home-like setting. Designed Like A Familiar Neighborhood
Silvergate created an easy-to-navigate community floorplan with an intimate feel for its distinct “Neighborhood” design. The design takes a more personalized, home-like approach to resident care. Divided into four uniquely themed “Neighborhoods,” each ideally sized neighborhood features 12 resident suites gathered around a central, shared living room, kitchen, and dining room space. There are no corridors or hallways to wander – meaning residents are less likely to experience confusion or anxiety – which gives seniors who are living with memory loss both a familiar and comfortable environment in which to reside.

The Executive Chef in Silvergate’s state-of-the-art, gourmet kitchen, passionately creates mouth-watering culinary creations that are show stopping when they arrive at the table and equally appealing to the taste buds. Nutrition plays a key role in promoting brain health, as well as physical and mental well-being, and our Chef develops meal plans geared to the needs of seniors.
