With our inclusive monthly rate, residents receive three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, flat linen service, a utility package, scheduled transportation, 24-hour receptionist, on-site security, 24-hour emergency response system, apartment maintenance and repair, reserved parking, and a full calendar of exciting activities, programs, and scheduled outings.

Silvergate also offers various customized assisted living services at an additional cost. Our director of resident care, along with our licensed nurses and 24-hour caregivers, provide residents with the personalized assistance they need, when it's needed. Some of the care services available include medication management, assistance with activities of daily living (such as bathing, dressing and grooming), escort assistance, weight and blood pressure monitoring, continence assistance, diabetes care management, and more. For residents living with Alzheimer's or related dementias, Silvergate's memory care neighborhood offers the comforts of home, with the safety of a secured perimeter, high-level supervision, and around-the-clock security. To memory care residents, we offer licensed nursing assistance available daily, daily meals and snacks, specialized staff, 24-hour monitoring and supervision, regular reminders and redirection, specialized programs and activities, daily housekeeping services, and secure outside grounds.

Care Types Offered

Silvergate San Marcos is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE), which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as assisted living facilities and board and care facilities. A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
