  • Very friendly and caring staff. Helped Mom feel comfortable and welcome like part of the family as she transitioned to assisted living. Questions and concerns always addressed in a timely manner. She enjoys many activities and events. I rest easy knowing Mom is safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend Elmcroft.

    This is a very nice community. With covid there is no one working there and that does needs to change, they are going through people quick and this is affecting the care services. I feel like housekeeping could do a little better in the rooms. The people are very nice however, I do not feel like request are carried out.

    This is a very nice community. With covid there is no one working there and that does needs to change, they are going through people quick and this is affecting the care services. I feel like housekeeping could do a little better in the rooms. The people are very nice however, I do not feel like request are carried out.

  • communication needs improvement

    The cleanness of the facility could be better especially in the residence rooms, we have seen bugs also. The communication with the family is poor and needs to be improved. I would not recommend this community to others.
