Welcome to Southside Gardens Independent and Assisted Living Community. We're delighted that you are visiting our site to learn more about our services.
For the past 30 years, we have provided high quality and affordable senior living housing and care. We're family owned business and we listen to the needs of our residents and their family members ensuring a loving place to call "your next best place to home."
We're located in the heart of South Baton Rouge close to LSU, Hospitals, Baton Rouge Clinic, Lady of the Lake Physicians, Ochsner and Baton Rouge General.
Our location provides you with the access to restaurants, events and community events. We're recognized by the Chamber of Commerce and through the years we have won many awards for our care both in our Independent and Assisted Living.
We're the only facility that offers well appointed garden homes with a small yard should you choose to plant or let us maintain. We are built on 5 acres right in the heart of Baton Rouge. We're a community and everyone knows their neighbor.
We also offer a swimming pool and heated whirlpool for you and your family to enjoy.
Our Assisted Living is on the same campus and features our only two story building. We're small as we have only 42 rooms. Our prices depend on the level of care. We are a level 3 Assisted Living Facility which means we're just one step below Nursing Home should your loved one need that level.
