Southview Assisted Living is the premier senior living community in South County near St. Louis, Missouri. We offer, assisted living and Dementia / Memory Care . This newly built senior living community will begin welcoming residents in Summer 2012.

We know how difficult change can be, especially for seniors, so we'll do whatever we can to make the transition to your new home as seamless as possible. With a perfectly appointed community, an energetic social calendar and our caring staff, we will make sure each resident receives the At Your ServiceSM hospitality you'd expect. Our goal is to maximize our residents' independence, health, security and peace of mind by striving to keep our residents as active and involved as possible through a wide variety of activity programs promoting both physical and cognitive health. And with our flexible Month-to-Month Rental Program, this unique lifestyle is entirely within reach.

Southview Assisted Living Program is designed to offer the quality of personal care the resident deserves while maximizing the independence they desire. Our program assists the residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) like dressing, bathing, and medication reminders. You will have the peace of mind knowing that our staff will meet with each resident and their family to identify services based on need and personal preference. This ensures that the resident only pays for services they need. As a family member, you are able to relax knowing your loved one is receiving three healthy meals a day, and is surrounded by caring professionals.

  • The Resort

    My mother has a great network of friends and staff at this facility. We call it the resort because it’s like vacation to us. Someone is cooking for her, cleaning for her and doing her laundry. She is happy and healthy and we know she is well taken care of. I would recommend this resort to anyone that asked. No place is absolutely perfect. And while we have had a few minor glitches, they are always promptly addressed and taken care of immediately. I couldn’t ask for better.

    The Resort

The features that I like the most are: chef-prepared meals with a very extensive menu--which is handed out to each resident; apartments in a variety of sizes; cable tv; a library with computers; a theater; walking paths; elevator; enriching activities, etc. So, if this sounds like a terrific way to spend retirement, please call [name removed] at [phone number removed]. He will not only present what Southview offers, but he imparts so much general knowledge no matter what facility you choose. He is SO down-to-earth.
