Spring Senior Assisted Living is a Genesis community which conveniently located in the residential neighborhood of Torrance, CA outside of Los Angeles. Our quiet beaches stretch nearly a mile and half along the Pacific Ocean and our very safe city is well known for its low crime rates.

Residents love our proximity to the magnificent beaches and the fresh salt air and ocean breezes are enjoyed by many in our community. Our beautiful building has a wide open floor plan and large windows that feature our stunning views.

  • Feels like home!

    Spring feels like an elderly person's home. That was my first impression and that is why we chose this facility for my mom after visiting other larger, fancier facilities. We felt she would feel at home here. My mom had the same impression when we took her to tour the facility. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel like a part of the family.

  • Great assisted living care facility

    Great assisted living care facility

    I had my dear friend in Spring Assisted Living for over a year. I visit at all times of the day so I am able to see all the staff members in their shifts. The staff is amazing. They all greet me on a first name basis. They are kind and caring to all the residents. I love that it is a small community. It’s not overwhelming to get around. And I love that ocean breeze that comes through the entrance. Outstanding!

  • This facility is a little old but extremely clean. It smelled clean and the staff was very friendly and responsive. It's a smaller facility and we think this would be a better environment for our Mother. The price includes everything and they don't nickel and dime you like a lot of the other facilities. The only draw back is they only have one room available at this time and it's a shared room. However, we are still considering that has a strong option.
