  • Save your time, energy & loved one - go elsewhere!

Save your time, energy and loved one - go elsewhere! New ownership took over in [date removed] and their only concern is making money. It’s very sad to see how humans are treated here. It would be shocking if they remained open once the State of MN gets inside and takes a look around. Cockroach infestation for months (and still currently an issue) with nothing done to eliminate the problem. Mice seen and killed by residents within the facility. The smell of urine and feces inside the facility is rancid. Notice the stains on the carpet that owners refuse to have cleaned or replaced. Snacks are not served and meals are not covered so they’re cold when they get to resident’s rooms. No translators so if you’re non English speaking, your family should be prepared to be on call to translate for you. Supplies are very limited and often things are out of stock within the facility, including gloves, gowns, toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies, diabetic supplies, etc. No screening for COVID when visitors arrive so the residents safety is at jeopardy. Medications that should be refrigerated are not. Try calling and good luck getting through. Resident phone line rarely works. Money constantly stolen from residents rooms and never reimbursed. This list goes on and on and on. Constant turnover of staff. No housekeeping staff for months. Maintenance is part time with no set schedule so things rarely get fixed. The Director is rarely in the building. Full time staff that had been there for years all terminated with no explanation because the owners wanted to save money by hiring part time people that they could pay less. Really poor and inexperienced ownership!

  • Loved the [Removed]/ethnic diversity here, and the small size of the residence, but the older section of the memory care area did not smell clean.
