    We chose Sunrise of West Babylon because it was recommended to us by her previous facility and also we did a virtual tour with them and everything looked good, they also had a memory care unit which is what we needed. She turned around a lot when she first got here. They are willing to work with you and keep in constant contact with you which was excellent. They had a nurse on staff and she would always call with any updates and plan her doctors visits which helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

    Sunrise Of West Babylon

    The staff was friendly. The dinners in the dinning room were good and the wait staff was nice. If you needed help by pulling the help cord, one or two staff would come to the room to check if anything was wrong. The only thing I didn't like was that every so often, the wouldn't send the right person to wash me in the shower.     Everytime I go to Sunrise to see my Mom, I like it more and more. My mom is happy and follows the daily schedule of activities. It's just been about 4 months since she joined the community and has made friends and says that no one complains, it's all good! The staff really helps out by mailing me my mom's business mail, and calling me when there is the slightest issue. One piece of advice is to not go with a landline there. I hated that company and we have gotten my mom a cell phone which she is using for the first time in her life! And at 95 that's quite an accomplishment! Her buds help her with that. I am happy that my Mom is being cared for by the staff at Sunrise!!!

    Grateful!

    Everytime I go to Sunrise to see my Mom, I like it more and more. My mom is happy and follows the daily schedule of activities. It's just been about 4 months since she joined the community and has made friends and says that no one complains, it's all good! The staff really helps out by mailing me my mom's business mail, and calling me when there is the slightest issue. One piece of advice is to not go with a landline there. I hated that company and we have gotten my mom a cell phone which she is using for the first time in her life! And at 95 that's quite an accomplishment! Her buds help her with that. I am happy that my Mom is being cared for by the staff at Sunrise!!!
