Our mission and belief at Grace are, for everyone in our community to feel loved, listened to and respected. This includes our staff. We believe if we treat our staff the way we want them to treat our residents it will help keep our care at the highest standards in the industry…and it is working.
Grace Senior Living of Oxford and Lake Orion officially opened in September 2020.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL
We are going the extra mile to keep our staff and residents healthy.
a.Our state-of-the-art HVAC system is continuously exchanging inside air with fresh outside air for a total of 12 full refreshes per day.
b.We have UV-C light in our HVAC system which has been proven to kill virus’, bacteria, mold and other pathogens.
c.We are the first community in Michigan (possibly the country) to apply Surface Strike, an antimicrobial disinfectant which kills viruses, bacteria, mold and other pathogens, on all our common area surfaces within the community. It brings immediate, long-lasting disinfection to hospital operating rooms, ICUs, and ERs. The success of this product is well documented.

We are locally owned and operated. Our owners are engaged with our residents and families always making sure our high standards of care are met and maintained.
a. One of our owners is a Physical Therapist, and his wife is an RN.
b. The other owner has deep roots to the area. He was born and raised in Oxford. In addition, worked with his father, who owned the Country Coney and graduated from Oxford High. He remains to be a local resident with his family.
WHAT'S COOKING AT GRACE?
Our award-winning Chef Stephen is amazing. He could be cooking at Kruse and Muer or any of your other favorite restaurants. We offer our residents all their meals and snacks daily. We offer specified meal services such as gluten free, vegetarian food and low/no sodium options.
OUTDOOR ENCLOSED COURTYARDS AND GARDENS
Our community grounds offer raised gardening beds available to residents during their leisure hours and many outside patio gardens accessible to all residents. The rose garden and butterfly garden provide beautiful views from the lovely sliding doors that many apartments have with adjoining private patio. The various porches provide a relaxing spot to read a book, watch the sun go down or visit with a grandchild.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Residents have access to comfortable and spacious seating and gathering areas throughout including lounge areas, community theater, exercise room and bright and lively activity room.

VARIOUS APARTMENT STYLES AND SIZES
We offer studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units and wheelchair accessible units. Apartments provide individual controlled air conditioning and heat. All apartments are equipped with kitchenettes and refrigerators. Resident private bathrooms featuring roll-in and wheelchair accessible showers along with heat lamps so warm showers are available.
PERSONAL SERVICES
We have a beautician conveniently located on-site; residents can easily receive beauty treatments for all occasions. Personal housekeeping services are provided weekly or as needed. Both laundry and linen services are provided and included in your stay.
CARE SERVICES
Our staff is available 24 hours a day to assist your loved one with any needs that may arise. Our Clinical Nurse Manager coordinates care with the residents, their families and care partners. We partner with visiting physicians, homecare, hospice, dental and podiatrists whose mobile services support easy access.
