  • I like it here

They're better than other places that I looked at. But there's still some shortcomings. They're having a tremendous turnover of staff, and I would like to see a steady, consistent staff. But the food is very tasty and well-prepared, and they offer a wide selection. And what activities I've done I've enjoyed.

  • Best Nursing Home Community in Central Indian

If I had anyone that needed nursing home services, The Forum would be my first choice. They tried to do their best to mitigate COVID. The community was ahead of the curve in not allowing visitors at the start of the pandemic. The staff all had some type of medical designation. Doctor recommended.

  • Air conditioning & heating issues for years

I have a loved one here. My main frustration is the heating & cooling. The air conditioning was out this past weekend (fortunately it's spring, May/2019). The heat goes out in the winter on occasion, too. Happens EVERY season for over 4 years now. I understand they run on an old boiler type system and when something happens, I guess older parts are hard to get. Residents are given fans & space heaters, but it's not acceptable. No A/C last year with temps in the 90's for residents is unacceptable and not just a day or two. They need to permanently fix this. It's NEVER a quick fix and is just unacceptable. Otherwise a good facility.
