There really is no place like home at The Gables at Brady Circle, where assisted living has been revolutionized. We’ve turned our backs on the institutional setting of traditional assisted living facilities and created a neighborhood style community primed for fostering more intimate friendships and less restrictive lifestyles. Our devoted, friendly staff are specially trained in memory care.

Enjoy stress-free living in the peaceful serenity of our campus, or take advantage of all that St. Louis has to offer as our home is just minutes away from the excitement of the city. Enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the downtown area, and don’t miss family friendly attractions like Six Flags amusement park and the City Museum, perfect for a day trip when the grandkids visit.

Community Amenities and Services

Our compassionate, professional staff offers residents housekeeping and laundry services and will assist residents with grocery shopping or errands. The community is fully secured and designed specifically to accommodate residents coping with memory loss or impairment, with features like indoor and outdoor walking paths and an enclosed courtyard. Specialized memory care training is given to all staff members. We also provide diabetic, incontinence, and ambulatory care. Medication management assistance is available as needed. We have a doctor, nurse, dentist, podiatrist, and optometrist, as well as various therapists, on site, along with hospice and skilled nursing services.

In our restaurant-style dining area, our professional chef prepares nutritious and flavorful meals. Residents can come in and eat anytime during the day as there are no scheduled meal times. We also offer room service and special dining programs, and we can accommodate most special diets, such as kosher, gluten-free, no sugar, vegetarian, or vegan.

Situated in the center of campus is our community center, where residents commune together for fun and relaxation in our billiards lounge, theater room, and arts and crafts center. Our community swimming pool and fitness center allow residents to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle together. We also offer a full-service beauty salon and barber shop and a fully stocked library for the bookworms in our community.

We value community involvement and take residents on monthly day trips and outings away from the facility. Residents are also free to participate in a wide range of daily on-site activities that are intended to help them maintain a social and vibrant lifestyle. These activities can include social events like picnics and holiday parties, gardening club, art classes, game nights, fitness programs, and live musical and theater performances.

Living Arrangements

Our neighborhood style campus can house up to 80 residents, but the property feels much more intimate as it’s divided into 10 separate eight-bedroom homes surrounding the community center. Individual private rooms are spacious and well maintained, with plenty of natural light and modern wood floors. Each home is wheelchair accessible and has a bright and airy living space with dining rooms and fully equipped kitchens. Enjoy the cool air conditioning, high-speed internet, and cable TV indoors or the shady private patio in the back. We try to be as accommodating as possible and offer respite or short term stays. Care Types Offered

The Gables at Brady Circle is an assisted living facility, which in the state of Missouri is a facility that provides 24-hour care, services, and protective oversight to residents who are provided with shelter and board, and who may need assistance with activities. Oversight for storage, distribution, or administration of medications is provided at the facility. A licensed Nursing Home Administrator is required.

  • They are much better then a nursing facility - they do have potential

    The Gables could do a little bit better of a job communicating with the families regarding their loved ones but we do know they are understaffed. They do have their own nurses for each little facility so its about a 1 to 8 staff to patient ratio. However, at times when we come to visit the nurse is just sitting on her phone, so we do wish the professionalism was a tad better. We also wish they would have daily or weekly sheets that shows the thins your loved ones been doing during the week.

    My review of The Gables at Brady Circle

    Our family had an in person tour and our experience was good. We were able to have it in person because it was before all the restrictions and it was a very nice community. However, due to our loved ones health concerns we did not think it would be the right fit and at the time they did not have memory care.

    The kitchen in the community was not up to par. The cleanliness of the community was alright. Over the 6 month period my loved one was there, it did, however, improve. We believe this was the result of the rotating caretakers. Some of them were more attentive to cleaning than others and as a result, this meant the care was inconsistent. Some of the staff were very friendly and very attentive, but some of them were not quite as invested. They weren't able to provide many activities to my loved one as the result of her condition. With all of that said, the community was worth the price because the staff who really cared about the residents, went way above and beyond to care for my mother.
