The Legacy of Hartsville is tucked securely within a quaint community of families and neighbors. Within minutes of the hospital and medical offices in one direction and a downtown area flourishing with charm and history in another, The Legacy is proud to offer services and amenities, activities and entertainment to meet your every need. The community offers one level living with 3 floor plan options. Each suite includes a large walk-in closet and has a private bath that is handicapped-equipped. There is a special memory impairment unit for those who need more care in a secured environment. Our affordable monthly cost is based on the chosen suite floor plan in both the assisted living and memory care areas. The Legacy provides three balanced meals a day, plus snacks and special diets are available. Through our balanced programming, we give residents the opportunity to learn, grow and define their lives. We care for the whole person. The Legacy of Hartsville is now under new management with Navion Senior Solutions, a family-owned and Carolina-based senior living organization with decades of experience in the senior living industry.

  • STAY AWAY.

    My mother was robbed three times by Morningside staff. Her medication was not only mismanaged, but the med techs on staff lied about administering her medication. The final straw was when staff members verbally harassed the sitters I hired to help ensure my mom's safety and wellbeing. My mother was only there four months. Stay away.

All the staff have been extremely helpful and the entire atmosphere is pleasant and very friendly. We couldn't be more satisfied with placing him there.

    Excellent in every way.

    My father is a new resident of Morningside in Hartsville, SC. The process was easy and he seems to be enjoying being around others his own age. All the staff have been extremely helpful and the entire atmosphere is pleasant and very friendly. We couldn't be more satisfied with placing him there.

    My mom has been living at Morningside for about six years. The staff has been great to her and the place itself wonderful! She's able to visit any of the other residents, talk with staff members or simply be alone if she'd rather do that. They have visiting church members come out and have service there, usually once a week, bingo, get their hair done and other activities. The staff will call a family member if they feel it's needed. They have three meals served daily.

    Great place!
