Assisted Living at The Mansion at Waterford is designed for senior adults who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle but may need some additional assistance to do so. The Mansion features studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. It is located near medical facilities and numerous community attractions and services. Our resident care team provides care and assistance 24-hours a day. The Mansion has physical therapy available on site.

Memory Care at The Mansion at Waterford, our goal is to provide the highest quality of life for each of our residents. Private and semi-private apartments are available. Our memory care (Alzheimer's) neighborhood is dedicated to our philosophy of social, psychological, spiritual, and physical well-being of every individual. The programs are developed around each person's specific interests, abilities, past history and routine. Life engagement activities flow throughout each day to promote cognitive, sensory, creative, and physical skills.

  • A beautiful facility and caring people

    The cleanliness of the community is good, it is just an older facility. Our loved one says the food there is very good. One reason we chose this community was because they had a flat rate, instead of counting the amount of care hours and adding to the rate. We liked the value structure they have.

    I would not recommend this community to others. The communication was not good between the staff and the family. There was no communication at all. The food was not good at all. My loved one said the portion sizes were small, and the food tasted horrible.

  • My experience with The Mansions

    The location is really pretty and it is an easy facility to get here. I do like the people who work here but I think they are short staffed and she is not getting the care my needs. I think it is more set up for residents who are mobile and who can take care of themselves. They do offer a lot of activities. They send out emails with bigger changes, but others than that any updates on my mom and her care they have not been great about. I would not recommend based on our experience.

    My experience with The Mansions
