Located in Bartlett, Illinois on 41 acres of wetlands and rolling woodlands we offer the ideal location to appreciate the calm beauty of nature while still having easy access to urban experiences. Our residents can choose a spacious, one or two-bedroom apartment with a balcony/patio or opt for one of our cottage homes with additional space and private garage. Any choice includes an in-home washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchens, cable service, safety features and access to all of the amenities and services at Clare Oaks and Assisi Healthcare. The list of amenities and services include an indoor swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center, chapel with daily services, complimentary transportation, full schedule of on-site and off-site entertainment, 24-hour emergency system, priority access to our 5-Star Assisi Health Care Center and much more.   • I moved in right before the pandemic. Dont know if I would have survived alone. We were well taken care of. Staff went out of their way to make a bad situation good. Love the pool, the food is great it was the best decision I ever made.

  • A wonderful place for Mom or Dad

    This is a very warm and comforting environment. The staff really take the time to address any issues. They will also go out of their way to make sure that the residents are living a quality life here.
