We also have a program designed for individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia called Crossings.

Our memory care community, also known as Clare Bridge, is rooted in “a person-centered approach”. That means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are.  We also have a program designed for individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia. While not appropriate for all persons with dementia, this program is often a stepping stone between assisted living and our Clare Bridge program.

You’ll also find comfort knowing that staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Your wellness is supported by collaborative care partnerships between your family, our care associates and other healthcare providers. Our exclusive Personalized Service System allows us to provide individually customized plans for you if you live in Assisted Living and memory care.  You only pay for what you need, and the plan is flexible so if your needs increase or decrease, so do your costs.
