Our community is close to the cities of Rialto, Rancho Cucamonga, Colton, Ontario, San Bernardino and Bloomington.
Our beautiful grounds include; a pristine swimming pool and spa, Dog Park, BBQ pavilion, onsite-walking paths, picnic sitting areas, ampule resident and guest parking. We also have onsite security.
Indoor common areas include; a technology center with internet stations and a copy machine, a fitness center, fireplace and TV area, and a common kitchen.
Each building has elevator and stair access along with onsite laundry facilities. We are a handicap accessible community.
The Orchards offers 1 and 2 bedrooms apartment homes which include; fashionable interior, laminate flooring, private patios and balconies, central AC and Heat, energy efficient lights and kitchen appliances. We also offer upgraded options for stainless steel appliances.
