We offer a variety of pet-friendly, private or semi-private studio apartments as well as one- or two-bedroom living space options to decorate and make your own. All of our room accommodations include kitchenettes, utility packages, and weekly housekeeping.
Care Types Offered
The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail is an assisted living residence, which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
