Community Amenities and Services

First and foremost, the staff prioritizes each individual’s happiness and well-being by providing a comprehensive wellness program. To help all residents live worry-free, the community offers 24-hour staffing, a resident call system, weekly housekeeping, on-site maintenance, and scheduled transportation. The in-house culinary team also takes care of the cooking and offers nutritious meals daily. For assisted living residents, the compassionate care team happily offers assistance with daily living activities, medication management, safety checks, and more.

Exceptional care comes first, but keeping residents active and engaged is a close second. Through creative programming, the staff aims to help residents lead a life built around delights and hobbies. Take up yoga in the fitness center, relax by the fireplace, or partake in lively activities. Activities range from cooking classes and art classes to jazz concerts and bible studies. The full calendar is driven by residents’ requests and interests, so new activities are always being added.

The community’s shared spaces are designed to help residents build lasting connections. Residents are encouraged to accompany one another when looking to explore the community. Residents can read a book in the library, enjoy a drink at the bar, watch a movie in the theater, or get pampered in the salon. Residents can also gather around the piano, in the beautiful courtyard, or in the cozy living areas.

  • My review of The Pines

We toured The Pines and this was actually our favorite facility and the one we wanted to move my mom into. The only reason we did not was because they were shut down and not taking new residents in during COVID.

  • Needs new management

This place is way understaffed 😔. I feel so sad for all the people living there. I would definitely not recommend.

  • This is a beautiful facility with everything that you could want in a care facility. The big drawback is it it is way out in distance, but the price is in line with almond height so it is more reasonable. There is a great selection of activities memory Care was very active the rooms were very nice in large enough for [name removed] and [name removed], with high ceilings in granite counters in bathrooms. The food was great. It is open dining from 7 to 7 and you can either order either one of two meals of the day or order anything off a regular menu, even breakfast. Transportation to doctors is provided but no Bible study or on site church services. But transportation is provided to local churches. This is a great facility just wish it was closer. We will bring [name removed] and [name removed] here to check it out as this is one of two choices in the final running.
