The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, which maintain our memory care residents' abilities and encourage the use of their current skills.

When it comes to finding your new home, you have choices. You can pick from several different floor plans and all of our apartments have lots of window light. Some even have garden views. Did you know Brookdale Bay Pines is pet-friendly?  It's not really home unless your fur-babies are with you. Plus, your basic utilities and maintenance are all included in the basic service rate so you can worry less about the bills. 

Our Alzheimer's & Dementia Care community, also known as Clare Bridge, is rooted in €œa person-centered approach€. That means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are.
