A Special Place with Very Special & Truly Caring Team Members

The decision of where/how to care for a parent is extremely emotional for any parent(s) & children. The Residences eased every anxiety from the moment we walked in the building and in turn as we met each team member. Every corner of The Residences is immaculately clean, bright & so classy; truly a beautiful "home-like" experience in every way. EVERY team member knew Dad well & genuinely cared about him, wherever he ventured within The Residences. Sincere thanks to all team members for the loving care & daily smiles they provided Dad. Heartwarming & appreciated beyond words. Dining room & food are amazing & the "anytime" food situation was fantastic. He enjoyed the daily wine/cheese gatherings & social interaction they provided. Regular daily "check-ins" on all members provided comfort for us. Also, each apartment has a 24/7 emergency call button w/team members responding literally in minutes. In summary, a truly special place & amazing, caring team members. THANK YOU!

The common areas at The Residence at Melrose Station always look clean, especially when comparing to other senior living communities. The staff is very friendly. Similarly, the care being provided is great. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have really stepped up to protect the residents and are doing much more than they usually do for no added cost. Compared to other communities in the area, we believe The Residence at Melrose is a great value. The only negative about the price is that they charge a flat fee per care level, rather than per service. While they do offer great activities, the physical location where they take place tends to be a little inaccessible to those who are less mobile. If they could hold activities on each level of the community, it would make it a lot more accessible to everyone.

It's like a Resort

I really can't give enough Stars for how good this place is! My Aunt [name removed] has been there since May and her life is so much better now, from the food to the staff, accommodations and more. It's like a Resort
I really can't give enough Stars for how good this place is! My Aunt [name removed] has been there since May and her life is so much better now, from the food to the staff, accommodations and more.
