Our staff will provide weekly housekeeping and laundry services for you! Take advantage of our culinary team’s wonderful and savory entrees, freshly prepared for you every day. Even better, form strong friendships with other residents while eating in our stylish dining room.
Our experienced and professional staff undergo special memory care training. Our memory care environment is specially designed for easy navigation to help keep residents calm and comfortable. Our caring staff offers assistance with medication management and activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and toileting, for anyone in need of such personal services. We also provide around-the-clock ambulatory, diabetic, and incontinence care. In order to keep mobility high, we also provide physical therapy on site for those who need a little extra help and encouragement. And always, we help residents maintain their continued independence and dignity.
Residents are encouraged to spend their newly discovered free time however they see fit. We organize a wide range of on-site activities, enabling residents to get to know other residents that may share similar interests. We currently offer a variety of spacious floor plans at The Residences at Park Place. Depending on your Personalized Wellness Profile, you’ll have the opportunity to choose between a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment. Each unit is wheelchair accessible, giving you plenty of space to navigate freely. Kitchenettes and private baths are also included in floor plans to help make it feel even more like home.
Care Types Offered
The Residences at Park Place is a community residential care facility, which in the state of South Carolina is a facility that offers room and board and a degree of personal assistance for a period of time in excess of 24 consecutive hours for two or more residents. Included in this definition is any facility that offers a beneficial or protected environment specifically for individuals who have mental illness or disabilities and facilities that are referred to as “assisted living,” provided they meet the definition of community residential care facility.
