The community offers home health assistance, weekly housekeeping services, semiannual deep cleaning, transportation to medical appointments and shopping, and more. For health and wellness, The Waterford offers a comprehensive program and one nutritious meal per day in the formal dining room or Grille Room. And entertainment options are endless. They also offer membership privileges to the nearby resort and spa, which offers access to golf, tennis, croquet, and more.

The skilled nursing home offers around-the-clock nurses and certified nursing assistants ready to care for you. The community also has dietitians and social workers for residents who may need them. For those who need rehabilitation services, on-site physiatrists, physicians, and nurses are ready to help residents recover from anything. Additionally, residents can benefit from several amenities that are similar to those provided in independent living.

Living Arrangements

The Waterford currently offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, or a spacious villa for independent living. If the options don’t live up to a resident’s taste, the community gladly offers complete remodeling. Additionally, residents are encouraged to bring pictures and mementos to help create a nostalgic, comfortable home.

The community also offers Life Care and is currently the only community in Juno Beach doing so. Life Care is a contract that promises care for the rest of a resident’s life — without significant increases in monthly fees. The Waterford staff is happy to address any questions you may have about Life Care or about how they can accommodate your needs.

The isolation caused y the pandemic caused me to look for a senior apartment where I would have contact with people. I made an appt at The Waterford after touring other facilities. It was night and day. Everyone I saw greeted me. The team is extraordinary, friendly, helpful, and help your name The Waterford is extremely cautious. Masks required. Temp was taken before entering property, dining room. Lots of activities and exercises with seniorTV.

  • Don't Move Here Unless You are 75 and Above

The community told me that that there were other residents around my age, and that isn't the fact. Due to the virus, we are on lock down and no one can visit me. In the contract it does say that I can have a visitor overnight and now they won't let that happen They only showed me the Villa on the tour. I ended up having to mop the floor 20 times before it would take all the dirty off the floor. Since I choose the villa that includes one and a half hours of cleaning each week. They have a cleaning lady who comes in and I still have to mop the floor and after she is there I have to still mop the floor every other day. She doesn't even clean the shower. I've let management know and they didn't do anything about it. I have been infested with ants. They sprayed, and they sprayed in the bathroom. The ants have been crawling up the wall and in the bed. I called management three times. I finally called the maintenance man who had the exterminator to come in and spray for ants. I was trying to get my mail and fell and broke my back. The security wasn't nice to me. I had to call for 911 due to the pain. They do have covered parking and it is extra cost. They have a dining room that we were able to go to prior to the virus and had really great food. They even allow guests to come to dinner as long as you pay extra.

  • People (staff and residents) are warm and friendly, food is good, apartment is lovely. and there are many activities available. Entrance procedure was made clear and was relatively easy. Everyone was helpful in completing my application and move in.
