  • Highly recommend

[name removed] who talked to us about the contract was over the top helpful with us as far as answering questions and providing information. I visit often and the everyday staff are always so friendly. It has been a good experience and I would recommend the facility to others looking.

  • Good community

So far our family is liking everything about The Waterford, our mother is really loving the meals and dining service and since she hasn't been there long she hasn't been able to participate in the activities but we see plenty going on. The cleanliness is pretty good but we have had some trouble with the maintenance team showing up. The value for cost is very good.

  • Even in assisted living, your loved one need to be mostly independent.

I was very displeased with them. They're understaffed. Some of the aides you almost had to brow beat to get them to do anything. They'd set my loved one's meal down on her tray table and not offer to help get her silverware out or anything like that, when she couldn't do it for herself. The exception were two of the aides, who were much better than the rest, [name removed] and [name removed]. A lot of them it seemed like it pained them to do things. I would say you get what you pay for. You don't get much help here overall.
