This community is providing what I need at this point and the services could be better. they have an agency called all care that they use and have recommended. I am in a situation right now and I may be looking to move somewhere else due to my frustration. They need more maintenance people. They need more vegetable with meals also. I feel like they should add another agency so that you can choose between the two services. the bus should also be updater do be handicapped accessible.

  • The Waterford has gone above and beyond. During the whole pandemic, they never stopped doing their best for the residents. Then came the freeze and they gave even more of themselves to make sure everyone was safe and fed. You can see how much they care for everyone that walks through those doors. The people that work here are the very best.
