Each unit features a spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, safety railing, and emergency call buttons. Select apartments feature lovely patio and balcony areas as well!
The Waterford at Thousand Oaks also offers short-term, respite stays for those recovering from surgery or who just want to check out what life is like in our community before making a long-term commitment. Based on availability, respite guests stay in their own private, furnished apartment and have access to the same amenities, services, and activities as long-term residents.
