Licensed, experienced, and qualified staff is available around the clock here at The Waters for any immediate need or assistance. Health assessments track the needs of residents so that we may best personalize your care services — personal and medical. We always coordinate with residents and their team of family, physicians, specialists, and therapists to best facilitate ongoing care and rehabilitation needs. Three meals and snacks are provided daily by our professional staff of cooks who prepare restaurant-style fare.

The Waters on Mayowood provides housing with services, which in the state of Minnesota refers to an establishment providing sleeping accommodations to one or more residents, and offering one or more regularly scheduled health-related services or two or more regularly scheduled supportive services.   • Don’t bother

    Don’t bother even thinking about moving here. The management only care about making a buck. The building was built cheaply. If something breaks down, maintenance won’t be contacted until the next business day (at the earliest). Any repairs that need to be completed will only be done by their staff from the twin cities, no matter how urgent the repair is. Every other senior living complex we’ve asked would have a local repair company come out within four hours. The maintenance staff at The Waters is rude and will blame the residents for mechanical problems that are the result of cheap equipment. Find a better senior living complex, because The Waters on Mayowood will not value you or your loved ones.

    I toured The Waters on Mayowood and thought it was beautiful. It really seemed like a nice place, but it was also the most expensive of the communities I looked at. I opted for a community that was a little more practical for me.

  • My tour

    This community looked nice when I visited. They seemed to offer a lot of activities. The staff in the memory care seemed nice. This community does offer transfer assistance. This community was just a little more expensive than what we were looking for.
