  • Extremely short staffed

I would tell others that they really need to know that the staff to resident ratio is extremely low. There is 1-2 aids max and 1 med-tech for 158 residents. They have no nurse on staff overnight. Someone from our family has to go every single day to make sure that they are being taken care of.

  • A Life Well Lived

This review is based on the time prior to COVID. I would tell my friends that I feel that my loved on is well taken care of. Her basic needs are meet. I am very pleased with how the staff and how they care to seem about the residents. I would say COVID isn't much different. The reason I picked this community is because of the activities. Since COVID, they aren't able to bring musicians, singers, and people singing the old songs. We are able to visit outside for 30 minutes a week and six feet apart with masks. There is no touching or giving food to our loved ones. They test staff each week for COVID. There was a situation where a part-time staff tested positive and the community decided to shut that floor down for all visitors as a precaution for 10 days. They do a great job with general communications, but if I want specific answers to my loved one's care. I have to ask specific questions.

  • Bad Management

Poorly run, bad management. Had a parent there and would never go back. Very expensive, but they skimp on everything for your parent.
