Surprise's premier assisted living and Alzheimer's community specializes in a holistic approach to wellness, including individual resident customization of our proprietary Seven Dimensions of Wellness. A resident thrives when they feel connected and engaged with daily life, and our care program is designed to make each resident a true partner in their own service and care plan as well as their decision-making process throughout the day. Our Concierge Medicine program offers full spectrum physician visits in the comfort of a resident's own apartment, including lab work, mobile imaging, and some specialty referrals without having to leave our community. Come learn about the Surpass One Week University, where current or future residents can enroll in continuing education learning classes onsite, taught by academic professionals.   • Horrible Management, food disgusting, NOT A FAMILY atmosphere

    STAY AWAY!!!! My mother has lived here for 2.5 years. The decline in care has been steady since the arrival of [name removed] and [name removed]. We chose this place for my parents because it had a family atmosphere. Employees were treated like family and thus treated residents and family members like family. Now? It's nothing more that another company out to make a buck. The only reason my mother has been there for as long as she was is in part to consistency and routine being optimal for Alzheimer's/dementia patients. You can't have consistency when staff turnover is so high and they don't "know" their patients/residents.

  • Good facility, and good place for loves ones

    Mariposa Point is very clean, and the help there is just adorable. They are so remarkable, they are always greeting me when I come to visit and they constantly keeping up with our loved ones health and we are just really really happy with them. Anytime our loved one is having a rough day they call us. Our loved one does not complain about the meals so we assume they are good and they are a lot of activities he joins in on. The value for cost is not to bad, it is a little bit less and they did not charge us the entrance fee so they are really willing to work with families.

    Good facility, and good place for loves ones

    Mariposa Point is very clean, and the help there is just adorable. They are so remarkable, they are always greeting me when I come to visit and they constantly keeping up with our loved ones health and we are just really really happy with them. Anytime our loved one is having a rough day they call us. Our loved one does not complain about the meals so we assume they are good and they are a lot of activities he joins in on. The value for cost is not to bad, it is a little bit less and they did not charge us the entrance fee so they are really willing to work with families.

  • Tour of Mariposa Point

    We had a nice tour with Mariposa Point. The only reason we did not choose them was because we were not the biggest fans of the way that the rooms were set up here.
