For memory care residents, we offer a program, also known as Clare Bridge, rooted in €œa person-centered approach,€ which means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are. The Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, which maintain our residents' abilities and encourage the use of their current skills.

And if you need memory care in the future, You'll have person-centered Alzheimer's and dementia care within the same community campus. With gentle guidance and visual reminders, our memory care communities provide a secure, safe space with a daily path of engagement that meets each resident's skill level with a sense of purpose and belonging. Along with our programming, You'll find comfort knowing that our trained staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

With several floor plans to chose from, including studio and one-bedroom options, You'll be able to find just the right space to fit your style. Each apartment includes the following:
