    The community is very clean and the staff is very kind and welcoming to my loved ones. There were even people that knew my loved one when she was younger she reconnected with at this community.I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

  • Presently there are no dysphagia solids options for dietary restrictions. Unless [name removed] has been upgraded from mechanical soft, it's not an option. The on-staff nurse also needs to get back to determine whether or not they can provide supervision during meals for verbal cueing.

    Presently there are no dysphagia solids options for dietary restrictions. Unless [name removed] has been upgraded from mechanical soft, it's not an option. The on-staff nurse also needs to get back to determine whether or not they can provide supervision during meals for verbal cueing.

  • Place was buzzing with activity, updated, all facilities were clean and organized for next group to utilize. We toured 2 bed/1 bath - very spacious, clean and well thought out (lots of closet space). We liked the storage option for each floor, laundry facilities were clean and dining room was full with laughter while eating a delicious meal. Residents were eager to share their stories of Washington Oakes and 1 resident even took us for a tour of her apartment - beautifully decorated and maintained. This is our choice for our parents. [name removed] (our contact) was wonderful - laughed/joked with the residents, answered all of our questions honestly. All in all a great experience.
