Community Services and Amenities

We offer a number of services that strive to promote an active and exciting lifestyle for residents. These include a robust lifelong learning program that partners with Eckerd College and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. We also provide a dedicated wellness program which helps residents stay active and mobile. These services and more are all a part of our wellbeing program. Our calendar is always full with activities, events, and social gatherings that allow residents to pursue an active lifestyle. We also have a fitness center, restaurant-style dining at our waterfront Crossroads Cafe, and a health resource center to assist all residents with personal wellness when needed.

Living Options

We offer a number of different levels of care which include independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home care. There are also a number of different floor plans available including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, and a two-bedroom Villa home. We offer waterfront apartments with stunning views of Tampa Bay as well as single-family homes located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

  • Beautiful setting and caring, professional staff

    This is the very best value in assisted living. The administration and staff cares for the residents respectfully and kindly. It's a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Very Disappointing

    The setting is beautiful and I have made many wonderful friends here but I can no longer recommend this community to others. Why? Because of the administration. Promises have been made and since broken. One concern is evacuations in case of a hurricane. We were told we would be evacuated and now we are being told that in the event of a hurricane all independent living residents are on their own! I am signed up to move into the new building that has yet to be completed. For over the last year, residents have been voicing their concerns only to have been ignored and for the most part not even given the courtesy of a response. Just a few of these concerns regard toilets at a comfortable height for seniors, proper doors for walk-in closets, a dining room where residents were promised one meal a day. Westminster Communities of Florida does not care about the residents' opinions or desires.

    Very Disappointing

  • Lovely facility and very attentive sales person. The views of the bay are spectacular. However it is very far from the shopping and restaurants of downtown St. Pete. We are interested in paying monthly so the very large buy-in was not for us.
