At Willow Fork, we keep the emotional needs and feelings of your loved one at the very center of what we do. Our Meaningful Moments® program incorporates past patterns and routines into the life of each resident to ensure the highest quality of life possible. This exclusive program is specifically designed to help meet the needs of residents with memory loss. We start by gathering the life story of each individual by learning about preferences, likes, dislikes and cherished memories. Adding details and preferences from the residents’ life stories into their day we can build comfort and a sense of meaning for each resident. The result is a familiar atmosphere for your loved one to enjoy.

  • Better Than Expected

    I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. It is set up more like a home environment than a nursing home. The staff are wonderful to work with. The communication with the staff is responsive with any questions or concerns I may have about my loved one.

    Better Than Expected

    I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. It is set up more like a home environment than a nursing home. The staff are wonderful to work with. The communication with the staff is responsive with any questions or concerns I may have about my loved one.

    When our loved one first moved in this community was bought out by another senior living, and the friendliness of the staff in the beginning was very low, like a 1 out of 5, but now the staff are incredible they get 5 stars. The changes they have made have been for the better. The meals and dining service is fabulous, the meals are delicious and appetizing. They are on top of any questions and concerns, the new nurse is absolutely right on the money, the administrative team are excellent, the every day staff are lovely. We just felt so welcomed walking in to the community. The activities are still pretty limited, but they are working very hard on bringing them back. They are working on hiring an activities coordinator for the weekend and they are open to the idea of having volunteers come and help with activities during the week since the covid restrictions are finally lifting. They do have some right now like games and exercise classes, but we would just like to see a little more of a variety.
