Three properties make up the Woodbury Senior Living campus, each offering specialized, affordable living options and a strong focus on customer service. The campus is designed so that all buildings are interconnected to create a vibrant community atmosphere.
Unlike some senior living communities that require large upfront payments, Woodbury Estates and Villa offer flexibility with month-to-month leases.
Services included in assisted living:

Weekly light housekeeping
Access to 24/7 trained nursing staff on site
Daily “I’m okay” check
On-site maintenance
Complimentary laundry facilities
Emergency response system
Wellness programs that revolve around the “Wellness Wheel,” that has six dimensions of wellness, including social, intellectual, physical, emotional, vocational, and spiritual
Access to additional personal care services
Additional skilled nursing services as needed (only at Woodbury Villa)
All utilities included (excludes cable and internet)
Complimentary laundry facilities
Individually controlled temperature settings
Individual patios (in selected apartments)
Monitored, staffed, and alarmed building
