We are within walking distance to the Galleria, Southdale Mall, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Cub Foods, Byerly's, YMCA, lots of entertainment and The Hennepin County Library Government Center. The Social Activity calendar ensures that there's always something going on with planned outings, on site entertainment, and so much more! Bus lines are conveniently located in front of the building on York Avenue. Off street parking is also available. Seniors must be 62 years or older to apply.

  • I found the community clean, very small apartment, and no amenities except most utilities. There ia a lunch brought in from the outside each day. The residents were very friendly and kind to me. The community just wasnt for me.

  • The one bedroom apartment is roomy, there is enuf room for a normal amount of stuff. they are very quiet. not noisy at all. includes all utilities.
