A Historic Architectural Marvel located on the Delaware River in Delanco, NJ. The Zurbrugg Mansion is a Georgian Style Mansion that was designed by Philadelphia architect Frank Furness and built for the Swiss Industrialist Theophilus Zurbrugg in 1910. The recently restored Historic Mansion offers Independent Living apartments for low and moderate income Senior Citizens. Offering 27 unique apartments with individually controlled central heat and AC and wonderfully appointed common areas in a secured building. The Zurbrugg Mansion is age and income restricted in accordance with New Jersey affordable housing guidelines. Please call Zurbrugg Mansion property office for information and tours.
