  • Stunning residence offering amazing value.

    Delighted to tour the residence. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. This residence offer amazing value especially with Life Lease option, reducing monthly rental by more than $1000. Brand new, suites are still fresh and neat. Hope to move my mom here in the near future.

    I recently toured Evanston Summit. What a welcoming community. The food is absolutely spectacular. Residents spoke highly of their new home. The life lease options are most interesting and would consider Evanston as it reduces your rent which generates a return on your entry fee. Life lease provides a different option than just a monthly rental like other retirement communities. A very elegant building.

    I Liked Evanston Summit

    I recently toured Evanston Summit. What a welcoming community. The food is absolutely spectacular. Residents spoke highly of their new home. The life lease options are most interesting and would consider Evanston as it reduces your rent which generates a return on your entry fee. Life lease provides a different option than just a monthly rental like other retirement communities. A very elegant building.

  • New residence, now about 50% full. Parents were originally attracted by the caring approach of the original manager, [name removed]. [Name removed] has since left and the new manager is implementing policies that are more corporate oriented than resident oriented. Not feeling as good about the place now.
