Welcome to Gazebo North! As a locally owned and operated assisted living and respite care community, we take pride in having served Vermont seniors for over 30 years. Together we’ve grown into a uniquely close-knit family, with long term nursing staff who have been by our side for decades. Our team’s compassion and dedication has led us to become well known for our superior resident care and family atmosphere. We encourage residents to live as independently as possible, but our trained staff is available around the clock. At Gazebo North, we invite you to share our home and join the family.
South Burlington has it all, conveniently located near downtown shops and restaurants, medical offices, University of Vermont Medical Center, and Burlington International Airport. With unique vacation rentals to signature experiences, it’s hard to get bored here. Check out can’t-miss spots to dine and drink like the Windjammer Restaurant & Upper Deck Pub or hike your way through Red Rocks Park and bask in the waterfront wonder of Lake Champlain. If all this excitement is too much, escape to the tranquility of Absolute Wellness Healing Spa for a day of facials, waxing, body treatments, and deep restoration. Whatever you decide to do, South Burlington welcomes you.

With a talented kitchen staff, we provide residents three nutritious, home-cooked meals per day. Menus include fresh daily options, like mouth-watering main entrees, a soup of the day, and various salad and sandwich options. Additional snacks and refreshments will be provided twice daily. We’ll be happy to accommodate gluten-free, sugar-free, or low/no sodium special diets upon request. Moseying from the dining area to our spacious lounge areas, residents are welcome to visit, play games, watch TV, or listen to music during their free time. For some fresh air and sunshine, we encourage residents to unwind on our outdoor patio or take in the vibrant beauty of our raised garden beds. Family and friends are always welcome to visit and spend time with their loved ones in our community.
To promote a strong quality of life for our residents, we offer a wide variety of daily and weekly activities that enhance seniors’ mental and physical abilities and encourage lasting companionship.
