Henderson Care Center is an assisted living community located in the quaint little town of Forest City, NC. We like to consider our community to be a bit different from others because we have a full schedule of activities that keep residents vibrant and healthy. Forest City is the ideal location for an assisted living community because it offers all of the fresh air, beautiful forests and wide open spaces residents could ever need.

Our professional and caring staff are there 24-hours a day to see to the needs of every resident. We create personalized care programs for each resident, and we have medical professionals who keep a close eye on everyone. Our nurse's station is available for emergency situations, so residents know that help is never far away. Our beautifully landscaped grounds provide the ideal getaway for any resident who wants to just take a deep breath and enjoy the day.

Our staff takes great pride in offering only the very best service to every resident, and we also have excellent amenities to make residents comfortable. Some of our amenities include:

    diabetics are given any food with no care give to diet. candy and cakes are given daily. patients personal items lost in laundry. found pt in bed at 2 pm one day. not awaken for the day. pt would be better off by the side of the road

    The fact that this community is very clean, very nice and very up to date really stood out to us. It has all the amenities our loved one needs. He is living in a duplex which has a sun room and a back porch that he really loves. The duplexes are all brick and the keep the yard immaculate.
